You can purchase additional export credits from your dashboard. We offer various packages to suit your needs. Premium plans with unlimited exports will be available soon - stay tuned for early-bird pricing!

PDF is generally the best choice as it preserves formatting across all devices. Use DOCX if the employer specifically requests it or if you need to make edits. TXT is useful for copy-pasting into online application forms.

Click "Sign Up" in the navigation bar. You can create an account using your email address. A verified account allows you to save multiple resumes and cover letters, access them from any device, and track your export credits.

Yes! You can create and preview resumes without signing up. However, your work will only be saved locally in your browser. To save your documents permanently and access them from multiple devices, we recommend creating a free account.

To delete your account, please contact our support team at support@resumeexpert.ai. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days as per our privacy policy.

Billing & Credits

Each document export (PDF, DOCX, or TXT) costs 1 credit. New users receive 10 free credits upon registration. Credits never expire and can be used for both resume and cover letter exports.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments (for Indian users). All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Razorpay depending on your region.

We offer refunds for unused credits within 7 days of purchase. If you experience any issues with your exports, please contact support and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue or provide credit refunds.
